Clinically Led Weight Loss

Nurse-Led Weight Management in Ashford

At Elizabeth Aesthetics, we believe that achieving your health and weight goals should be a supportive, empowering experience. We understand that for many, weight loss is a complex journey that often requires more than just “eating less and moving more.” Biology, hormones, and lifestyle all play a significant role.

As a CQC-registered clinic led by experienced medical professionals, we are proud to offer advanced, medically-supervised weight management programmes. Our goal is to help you achieve sustainable results that not only change how you look but, more importantly, how you feel. We provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where your clinical safety and personal well-being are our highest priorities.

We are passionate about delivering high-quality beauty treatment that promotes confidence and makes you feel good - because you look great!

How It Works

From First Consultation to Ongoing Support

Everything starts with a clinical consultation. This is a proper appointment, not a form to fill in. Elizabeth will take a full health history, talk through what you have already tried, and assess whether a medically supervised programme is appropriate for you.

If it is, she will explain the options available, what is involved, what it costs and what you can realistically expect. If it is not, she will tell you and explain why. That happens, and it is not a wasted appointment.

Should you go ahead, you are reviewed regularly rather than left to get on with it. Those reviews are there to check how you are getting on, manage anything that comes up and adjust the plan as needed.

The other half of the programme is the part that lasts. Medication can help, but keeping the results comes down to habits around food, movement and sleep. Elizabeth works with you on that throughout, so that when the programme ends you are not back where you started.

Trust and Authority

Weight Loss Consultation Ashford, Kent

Medical weight management is exactly that, medical. It needs proper assessment, a prescriber who knows your history, and follow-up that continues after the first appointment.

Elizabeth is a Registered Nurse and Official Prescriber, and Elizabeth Aesthetics is a CQC-registered clinic in Ashford. Every client is assessed in person before anything is prescribed, and reviewed regularly afterwards. She will be straight with you about whether this is the right route, and she will say no if it is not.

Our programme focuses on the latest MHRA-approved clinical innovations. These treatments involve once-weekly injections that mimic the natural hormones your body produces to regulate hunger. By slowing down the emptying of the stomach and sending signals of fullness to the brain, the treatment helps you manage portion sizes and reduce cravings without the “hunger pangs” often associated with traditional dieting.

Medical weight management is generally suitable for individuals with a BMI over a certain threshold or those with weight-related health conditions. However, your safety is paramount. Every patient must undergo a Clinical Consultation with our medical team to review your health history and ensure this is the right path for you.

During your £10 consultation, we will discuss your weight loss goals, conduct a health assessment, and explain how the treatment works. If you are deemed suitable and choose to proceed, the £10 fee is fully deducted from the cost of your first treatment plan.

As with any medical treatment, some patients may experience mild side effects, such as nausea or digestive changes, particularly in the first few weeks as the body adjusts. These are usually temporary and will be fully discussed with you during your consultation.

The duration of the programme is tailored to your individual needs. We don’t just provide the medication; we provide the clinical support to help you transition into a long-term, healthy lifestyle so you can maintain your results for years to come.

Then Elizabeth will tell you, and she will explain why rather than leaving you guessing. Depending on what comes up, she may suggest speaking to your GP first, or a different approach altogether. It is far better to find that out at a £10 consultation than after committing to a programme.

You are reviewed regularly rather than simply handed a plan and sent away. If something is not going well, or you are unsure about anything, you can contact the clinic between appointments rather than waiting for your next review.

Yes, and this is the part that determines whether results last. Elizabeth will work with you on realistic changes to food, activity and routine that fit your life rather than a plan you will abandon in a fortnight. The clinical side supports that work, it does not replace it.
